Black Swan Temple & Farm
Private Spiritual Association Membership Agreement

By joining Black Swan Temple & Farm, a Private Spiritual Association, and/or participating in any of our events, services, retreats, websites, or social platforms, I voluntarily agree to the following terms and declarations.

I understand that Black Swan Temple & Farm is spiritually stewarded by ordained clergy and ministers of the temple, and that all payments and operational management are conducted through Mystical Alchemy LLC, which serves as the administrative and fiscal sponsor for the association’s offerings.

1. Spiritual & Private Domain

I acknowledge that Black Swan Temple is a Private Spiritual Association-a sanctuary rooted in ancient Mystery School teachings and governed by natural law, spiritual sovereignty, and the protections of the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and applicable state constitutions.

As such, all offerings, communications, and services are conducted within the private domain between ministerial association members and spiritual stewards of the Temple.

2. Mission & Purpose

The mission of Black Swan Temple is to:
- Provide a sacred space for spiritual healing, sound alchemy, and transformational practices
- Share initiatory teachings rooted in the Egyptian Mystery School and Essene traditions
- Offer ceremonies, sacred oils, plant medicines, and spiritual guidance for personal and planetary awakening

3. Private Membership Declaration

By checking the box below, I am joining this private membership association as a member, affirming:
- I am participating in the spiritual, educational, and healing services of my own free will
- I understand that all services, advice, and products offered are for spiritual purposes and not to be construed as licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial services
- I waive any external claims, grievances, or complaints and agree to resolve all matters privately within the Association

4. Rights & Responsibilities

As a member:
- I retain full personal responsibility for any decisions I make based on spiritual guidance, ceremonial practices, or wellness offerings received
- I understand that Black Swan Temple reserves the right to accept or remove members to preserve the integrity and safety of the community
- I agree not to share, report, or engage in any external investigations, litigation, or regulatory actions regarding private association activities, unless clear harm or danger is present and has not been addressed within the Association

5. Use of Temple Grounds & Spa Facilities

As a member, I understand that access to the Black Swan Temple sanctuary, including the spa, warm pool, cold plunge, sauna, gardens, copper pyramid, movement spaces, yoga and aerial yoga equipment, and retreat areas, is a sacred privilege granted in trust. I agree to:
- Treat all spaces, props, equipment, and natural elements with reverence and care
- Follow all posted or verbally communicated safety guidelines, movement instructions, and ceremonial protocols
- Participate in yoga, aerial yoga, and any movement-based practices at my own risk, acknowledging the physical nature of these activities and the inherent risks involved (e.g., slipping, muscle strain, falling, etc.)
- Release Black Swan Temple, its stewards, and affiliated facilitators from any liability related to injury, allergic reaction, or illness incurred during use of the facilities or participation in physical practices, unless caused by gross negligence

I understand that the Temple may revoke access to any member who does not honor the sacred nature of the land, practices, or community.

6. Non-Agency Statement

I affirm that:
- I do not represent any local, state, federal, or international agency whose purpose is to regulate or enforce policies on wellness, spirituality, health, or healing
- I am not acting as an agent for media, government, or investigative bodies seeking to evaluate or surveil this private association

7. Voluntary Consent

I am joining of my own free will and may withdraw at any time. I understand my membership may also be revoked at the discretion of the Temple stewards for any behavior deemed harmful, disrespectful, or disruptive to the sacred space.

8. Effective Date

This agreement is effective on the date I join or participate in the offerings of Black Swan Temple and remains active for the duration of my engagement.

9. Online Offerings & Digital Participation

I understand that as a member of Black Swan Temples Private Spiritual Association, I may be offered access to online programs, courses, sound healing transmissions, and digital rituals. I agree to:
- Participate with the same level of sacred respect and personal responsibility as I would in person
- Ensure I am in a safe, grounded, and distraction-free environment before beginning any guided practices, breathwork, movement, or meditation sessions
- Take full responsibility for my emotional, mental, and physical well-being during and after engaging with these practices
- Understand that these teachings are spiritual and educational in nature and are not substitutes for licensed medical or psychological care

I agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute the content of any online courses or transmissions without the expressed written consent of Black Swan Temple.

10. Payment Processing & Entity Clarification

I acknowledge that my payment may be processed through Mystical Alchemy LLC, the legal business entity through which Black Swan Temple & Farm operates. I understand that this does not alter the nature of the services provided, which are spiritual, educational, and private in nature under the protections afforded to ministerial associations.

11. Nourishment & Herbal Offerings

As part of my participation in the offerings of Black Swan Temple & Farm, I understand that I may be served plant-based meals, herbal teas, tinctures, and other natural products, some of which are grown or prepared on-site.

I agree to:

• Inform the facilitators of any known food allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before consuming any food or beverage offered

• Take full personal responsibility for what I choose to ingest

• Understand that all food and herbal products offered are shared as part of spiritual and wellness practices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease

• Release Black Swan Temple & Farm and Mystical Alchemy LLC from any liability resulting from the consumption of meals, drinks, or herbal remedies, unless caused by gross negligence
