It is a mutable sign and teaches us about the importance of embracing change and resolving duality into a single unified entity. As we become whole and unified within we are able to expand and grow beyond limiting beliefs and ways of being into a new world view and possibilities.

Join us for a transformational evening in our botanical gardens of sacred sound, yoga, breath work, spa time and sisterhood as we explore dualities within our psyche and engage in powerful practices integrate all that we are so that we can express the fullness of our beings with ease and joy!

What to bring:
- journal, water, towel, light blanket, yoga mat if possible

Spa Includes:
Hot Tub, Warm Pool, Cold Plunge, Far Infrared Sauna
- spa etiquette - clothing optional, no hair washing, hair should be tied up, be mindful of the spa as a healing sanctuary so soft voices
