When the Old Plan Dissolves

Pisces Lunar Eclipse Kemetic Yoga & Sound Healing Ceremony Replay

Recorded Live August 28, 2026
with Heather & Donny Regal

Welcome, beloved.
We gathered within the integrating waters of the Pisces Lunar Eclipse—not to force an answer or create another perfect plan, but to become still enough to hear what is true now.
This ceremony invited us to honor what has carried us this far, recognize what has completed its purpose, and allow the wisdom to remain while the weight dissolves.
The eclipse has passed from the sky, but what it revealed may continue unfolding through the body, dreams, intuition, and the quiet devotions of everyday life.
You are welcome to return to this ceremony whenever you feel called to soften, listen, release, and receive.

Choose a time when you can be undisturbed. Wear comfortable clothing, keep water nearby, and move only in ways that feel safe and supportive for your body.
Headphones may deepen your experience of the sound healing.

Within the Ceremony

Together, we move through:
  • A teaching on the Pisces Lunar Eclipse and the wisdom of releasing certainty
  • Temple Oil anointing with Amber, Rose, Sandalwood, and Blue Lotus
  • Gentle Kemetic Yoga and embodied breath
  • The Old Shore and the Living Waters of Hapi guided meditation
  • A restorative sound-healing transmission
  • The lineage-rooted hekau shared with us by our teacher, Neter Aunkh Aakhu:
Nuk pu Hapi
I am Hapi.
I am the living current.
I carry within me the wisdom to release, renew, and continue.

Temple Oil Anointing

If you have our Temple Oils, you may anoint yourself before beginning:
  • Amber at the soles of the feet for grounding
  • Rose at the heart for compassionate release
  • Sandalwood at the brow for discernment
  • Blue Lotus at the crown for receptivity
If you do not have the oils, simply bring your touch and awareness to each place. Your presence is enough.

Integration

After completing the ceremony, allow yourself a little spaciousness before returning to the rest of your day.
Rest if your body asks for rest. Notice what arises without needing to interpret it immediately.
You may wish to journal with these questions:
  • What am I no longer willing to carry in the same way?
  • What truth arrived before I could explain it?
  • What small act of devotion will give this wisdom a place to live?

Blessing the Living Water

Pour a glass of fresh drinking water and hold it gently between your hands.
Bring the glass close to your heart and take three slow breaths.
Rather than asking for a fixed outcome, choose one quality you wish to nourish within yourself—perhaps trust, clarity, compassion, courage, peace, surrender, or renewal.
Speak your intention over the water:
Dua Hapi.
Beloved water, carrier of life,
I bless you with the intention of [name your chosen quality].
May this quality be nourished within me.
May the wisdom remain.
May the weight dissolve.
Nuk pu Hapi.
I am Hapi.
The living current moves through me.
Drink the water slowly and mindfully.
With each sip, imagine yourself receiving the quality you have chosen—not only as an idea, but as something your body can remember and embody.
Pause when the glass is empty.
Feel the living water within you.
You do not need to see the entire path.
The next honest step is enough.
Preserve the wisdom.
Release the weight.
May the living waters continue to move through you with ease and grace.
Dua Hapi.
Hotep.
With love,
