11:11 — Embody Your Inner Light

Egyptian Yoga & Mystical Alchemy Sound Healing
With Heather & Donny Regal

When everyday life pulls your attention in many directions, taking time to return to yourself can become an act of devotion.

Join us at Lumeria Maui for an evening of ritual movement, breath, and live sound healing. We will honor 11:11 as a symbolic threshold for remembering the sacred within and exploring how to embody it in our lives.

Movement as ritual. The body as temple.

At the heart of our Egyptian Yoga practice is Djef Sema Paut Neteru, meaning “to move in union with the company of the gods and goddesses.” This is a ritual system for becoming divine—a devotional practice of connecting with the Neteru and bringing divine qualities into embodied expression.

Through intentional movement, postures, and breath, we will gather our attention and enter the practice with presence. We will then settle into an immersive Mystical Alchemy Sound Healing journey, with crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, voice, and Donny’s live musical textures creating space for rest and inner listening.

We will also offer complimentary Blue Lotus tea from our Black Swan Temple farm, which you are welcome to enjoy.

Give yourself an evening to reconnect with your body, listen inward, and nurture the qualities you wish to carry forward.
