2:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Sacred Arrival Window
Arrive early to stroll through our healing gardens, meditate inside our 10' Copper Pyramid, and enjoy access to our Temple Spa — including a Far Infrared Sauna, Hot Tub, and Cold Plunge. (All pools are chemical-free, using Nevalite Clay.)
4:00 PM – 6:00 PM | Movement & Sound Ceremony
Flow into a rejuvenating experience with Yoga, Aerial Yoga Play, and a Sound Healing Ceremony — designed to align your body, heart, and spirit.
Begin with a 45-minute Hatha/Kundalini Yoga warm-up to ground, connect with your breath, and release spinal tension.
Followed by a fun, therapeutic style of Aerial Yoga to awaken your inner child, promote empowerment, and instill inspiration.
Conclude with a 30 to 45-minute Sound Healing Meditation featuring 432 Hz frequency Crystal Singing bowls and live music by Donny Regal.
