Everything, everything, everything. Such a GIFT to be in the presence of Heather and Donny! Blessed to be on that magical land, to share exquisite home grown (in lots of cases) food, the crystal singing bowls and piano, to the two temple guardian kitties… Oh, but THE SWINGS!!!! Each time we were about to get into them, it made my heart dance with happies! These two light souls work so beautifully together, such a delight to witness. This was my first yoga retreat ever, and I felt slightly intimidated at first, but with Heather’s gentle guidance, I felt like I could do all the moves.

I have attended many retreats over decades of doing yoga, and this is definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had. If you’re thinking of it at all, you should do it! Perhaps the name sounds strange to you, but don’t worry -the alchemy involved is only the work that you will do on yourself. Nothing bizarre. Everything was wonderful. From peaceful, beautiful, natural accommodations, far from the crowds of the beaches of Maui, in the jungle off the road to Hana, to the amazing food… We ate the rainbow every day… Wonderful and unique asana classes, being able to try Aerial yoga, which was wonderful, even if you can’t do all of the postures like me, to the cacao ceremony, the best sound healing, and the best guided meditations ever, with live music… I couldn’t think of any higher recommendation for this retreat. They are uniquely gifted. People people and you get a session with both of them! Perfectly and professionally organized . Go!

Heather & Donny Regal
Heather Regal Salmon and Donny Regal are visionary mystics, sound alchemists, and ordained clergy of the Temple of Isis. As cocreators of Black Swan Temple on Maui and founders of Mystical Alchemy Sound Healing, they walk the priest and priestess path—where ancient Egyptian wisdom, Essene spirituality, and sacred service converge.
Initiated in the path of the Essenes and guided by the lineages of Egyptian Shamanism they have dedicated over three decades to spiritual awakening—and over 14 years to sacred partnership.
